H.R. 3293 (the Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education appropriations bill) passed the House of Rep. last Friday and it includes an increase in funding for the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Grants to State Library Agencies program. The program was allocated $172,561,000, approximately $1 million over the FY 2009 level, according to the ALA District Dispatch Blog: http://www.wo.ala.org/districtdispatch/?p=3372
