The only thing done by publicity was to send out emails to
the various Louisiana email lists
to announce the Information Literacy Workshop.
Since this workshop had limited space follow-up emails were sent
directly to institutions to see if anyone would be attending. Once every institution who was going to
attend confirmed the extra seats were offered to first ULL who was hosting the
event and then to the larger institutions.
